Tony is a community leader with a Master in Management in Public Service. Dedicated to celebrating his heritage, he founded both the Cebuano Society of Canada and the Lapu-Lapu Society of British Columbia. His commitment to financial accountability and transparency was demonstrated during his tenure as a Board Director for Filipino BC. Tony also serves as a member of the United Filipino Canadian Association, the Filipino Legacy Society, the Knights of Columbus, and "Open Your Hearts to Jesus." A former television anchor with international reach between Canada and Cebu, Tony currently focuses his service within the healthcare industry.
